My Fitness Pal Update

So tracking my calories through My Fitness Pal has paid off I lost four pounds last week as it allowed me to monitor my caloric intake and also my caloric burn through exercise.  I eat on average 1350 calories a day and I try to burn 300 calories or more daily average.  Note:  I typically have three days out of the week where I burn as much calories as I eat leading to a zero net calorie day so my weight loss over the last week may seem a little high but I worked really hard to achieve this goal.
