Set your calendar for Feb. 28, 2012, National Pancake Day. IHOP has announced that again this year they will give away a free stack of buttermilk pancakes in exchange for considering making a donation to childrens hospitals.

IHOP has offered this deal since 2006 and has raised $8 million for childrens hospitals with this event.
